I had a functional double room with tea and coffee making facilities, the location was beautiful, and it was convenient to pay upfront for everything, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Had a really nice stay for our shopping trip to York outlet. the staff were amicable and accommodating. - the double room we asked for was adequate.

The hotel of choice in York. Perfect place for 2 nights with superfriendly staff in all areas. Stunning and charming location in beautiful surroundings, easy to get around. Next to pathway to rear car park and the restaurant and beautiful grounds. Delicious and incredible cereal, fruit and pastries.

The remote location here is magnificent, with a beautiful garden nearby, and some of the staff were very attentive and helpful, plus the breakfast was the best we had during our stay.
